Huda Al-Husaini’s journey began with a strong academic foundation. She graduated from The Hashemite University with a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, a field that honed her analytical and problem-solving skills. Her academic excellence was complemented by her passion for learning and growth, leading her to earn certifications such as Professional Engineer (PE), Certified Trainer (TOT), and Certified Mentor in the Field of Preparing General Education Students for the Labor Market and Entrepreneurship. These qualifications laid the groundwork for a career marked by innovation, leadership, and impact.

Huda’s professional journey is a testament to her ability to lead, innovate, and inspire. With over a decade of experience in training management, youth empowerment, and organizational development, she has held key roles in prestigious organizations, each contributing to her growth as a leader and visionary.
Training Academy Coordinator – Arab Center for Engineering Studies (ACES)
(September 2023 – Present)
In her current role, Huda is responsible for establishing and leading the group training academy at ACES. Her responsibilities include:

• Developing the academy’s strategic plan and policies.
• Overseeing training operations across 10 regional branches, supporting over 3,700 employees.
• Designing and implementing new training programs and initiatives.
• Managing Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) and ensuring their effective implementation.
Under her leadership, the training academy has become a hub of excellence, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.


Consultant – Arrab Consulting
(May 2023 – August 2023)
As a consultant, Huda provided strategic insights and expertise to organizations such as ARRC | Arrab United. Her work included recruiting top experts in the academic field to develop new training programs and reviewing training specializations for the Saudi Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC). Her ability to network with high-level experts has earned her widespread recognition and respect.


Head of Training Academy – Amman Chamber of Commerce
(October 2020 – February 2022)
During her tenure at the Amman Chamber of Commerce, Huda led the development of an ambitious strategy to overcome the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic. Her responsibilities included:
• Establishing the training policies and procedures manual to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Building relationships with donors, partners, and trainers to expand the academy’s reach and impact.
• Participating in a national committee under the Ministry of Labor to design a national employment program in collaboration with representatives from various sectors.


Consultant – Jordan Pharmacists Association
(September 2019 – December 2019)
Huda’s consultation for the Jordan Pharmacists Association, under the umbrella of the Jordan Engineers Association (JEA), led to the successful establishment of the Pharmacists Training Center (PTC). Her key contributions included developing and designing a comprehensive mechanism to create the training center, which involved:
• Drafting legislation and bylaws.
• Designing the business model.
• Conducting a market study.
• Developing all work policies and procedures.
• Establishing branding requirements and the request-for-proposals process.
• Defining the technical and financial systems’ requirements.
This project received international recognition, earning the Bronze Award for Innovation in Non-Profit Services at the International Stevie Awards

Business Development and Quality Coordinator – Jordan Engineers Association
(February 2018 – October 2020)
In this role, Huda established the Products and Business Development Section from scratch, creating a long-term vision and strategy for the Engineers Training Center (ETC) at Jordan Engineers Association. Her achievements included:
• Developing the center’s business model and strategic plan.
• Managing e-learning and training management system projects.
• Securing international accreditations and agreements and funds and leading the center’s rebranding efforts.


Head of Training and Studies – Jordan Engineers Association
(September 2015 – February 2018)
In this position, Huda supervised and developed training operations in the main center and 10 branches across Jordan. She managed national and international agreements and accreditations and developed a unique trainees’ accreditation system, along with numerous strategic tasks and projects. In recognition of her achievements, she received three international awards as Employee of the Year.

Additionally, she served as an International Engineering Conferences Coordinator at the Jordan Engineers Association (JEA), where her work contributed to JEA winning the Arab Strategic Web Award 2014 for the website www.jeaconf.org, developed in collaboration with her colleagues in the Conferences Section.
Huda also completed a one-year training program at the Ministry of Industry and Trade, where she published a research paper titled “Scientific Research and its Association with Industry in the Arab World: Reality and Challenges – A Case Study of Jordan” at the Crisis of Scientific Research in the Arab World Conference held at Princess Sumaya University for Technology. She was the youngest researcher at the conference.


A Leader with a Passion for Youth Empowerment and Entrepreneurship


Huda’s career is marked by her unwavering commitment to empowering youth and fostering innovation. She has created impactful programs such as Bootcamp with Huda: A Youth Mentorship Program, which provided young engineers with the skills and opportunities they needed to succeed. She also mentored school students in the I Know Business (IKB) entrepreneurship competition and led several other initiatives.
Her dedication to excellence and entrepreneurship has earned her numerous awards and accolades, including:
• 2nd Place in the Intel Youth Enterprise Program competition, organized by Intel and the Queen Rania Center for Entrepreneurship (QRCE).
• 1st Place in the Queen Rania Center for Entrepreneurship Competition.
• 1st Place in the Jordan Engineers Association’s Entrepreneurial Projects Competition for Employees.
• Winning Project in the Entrepreneurship Hackathon organized by the Ministry of Digital Economy & Entrepreneurship
• Honored at the 4th, 5th, 6th, and 7th Creativity Forum for Creative Engineers Under 30, organized by the Jordan Engineers Association.
• Selected as one of the top five ideas among 138 entries in the “Sho El Fekra” competition for entrepreneurship projects, organized by Jordan River Foundation and Nakhweh.
• Recipient of one of the 50 Discretionary Awards in the “2012 Dream Deferred Essay Contest on Civil Rights in the Middle East”, out of 700 participants from 18 countries.
• 2nd Place in the Entrepreneurial Projects Competition at the 6th Creativity Forum for Creative Youth Engineers, organized by the Jordan Engineers Association.
• 2nd Place winner in the “Sawalief Literature Award” (Short Story Category).

Having faced numerous challenges and obstacles during her career as an employee with an entrepreneurial mindset, Huda was determined to break barriers.
