We offer a 100% refund if your request is made before any content creation or photo editing work begins.

To request a refund, please email us at info@thespotlightmagazines.com with your order details. Once verified that no creative work has been initiated, your refund will be approved within 4–5 working days.


Non-Refundable Charges

Once any of the following services have commenced, the associated charges become non-refundable:

  • Editorial content writing
  • Photo editing or retouching
  • Layout or design development

These services are customized to each feature and involve dedicated resources, making them ineligible for refunds once initiated.


Content Satisfaction Guarantee

If you do not approve or are unsatisfied with the content or designs, our team will work closely with you to revise and recreate the material. We will share updated drafts for your review until you are fully satisfied and have given final approval.

Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’re committed to ensuring that your feature meets your expectations.


Refund Processing

  • Refund approvals (when eligible) will be completed within 4–5 working days.
  • Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within up to 14 working days.
