Born and raised in Milan, Italy, to Japanese parents who moved to Italy in 1980, Kenzo’s upbringing was inherently multicultural. His fluency in Italian, English, and Japanese, along with proficiency in several other languages, underscores his commitment to bridging cultural divides and building lasting business relationships.

Kenzo’s academic pursuits reflect his international outlook. He holds Bachelor’s degrees from both the Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca in International Marketing and the Università degli Studi di Milano in Foreign Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics. This strong educational foundation, coupled with his high school studies in foreign languages at I.T.A.S. Giulio Natta, set the stage for his successful career in international business. Before transitioning to roles directly related to his field of study, he gathered experience as a staff supervisor, bartender, waiter, fashion show model and events steward which helped in developing interpersonal skills

Kenzo’s professional journey is marked by a decade of progressive experience in sales, architectural specifications, and project engineering. Before joining Pellini, he spent over 11 years at Resstende Srl, where he held several key positions, including Managing Director of the China Branch and Export Sales Manager for North EU and Asia.
During his time at Resstende, Kenzo demonstrated exceptional leadership in managing complex projects and building high-performing teams.
He was instrumental in the development and installation of sunshading systems for prestigious projects such as the JNBY Headquarters in Hangzhou, China, showcasing his ability to navigate the intricacies of international projects and deliver innovative solutions.
Pellini: Driving Innovation in Architectural Solutions

In his current role as MEIA Area Manager at Pellini, Kenzo is at the forefront of specifying high-tech products in the construction field, with a focus on facade glass sunshading devices. He excels in supporting and collaborating with diverse international teams, enhancing project performance and driving the adoption of energy-efficient solutions.
Kenzo’s work at Pellini extends beyond simply selling products; he acts as an architectural consultant, leveraging his deep understanding of engineering design and project management to provide invaluable support to architects, designers, and project engineers. He emphasizes Pellini’s mission to transform spaces with high-quality, energy-efficient products tailored to meet the diverse needs of global clients.

Dior Paris 30 Eiffage: He led the high-engineering sunshading development and installation for the Jardin d’hiver extension, managing international safety regulations and coordinating with contractors.
The Oōeli Complex | JNBY Headquarters: Kenzo oversaw the development and installation of outdoor sunshading for 15 building facades, coordinating with architectural firms and building local teams.
The Big 5 Construct Saudi: Representing Pellini, Kenzo secured business deals, managed projects, and oversaw the installation of electronic components.
