Executive and Commercial Experience
Van Ulden currently serves as Interim Executive Director at Boer & Croon and as Supervisory Board Member and Non-Executive Director at Reledo. Through Bowsley, he also works as an Advisor, Interim Executive, and Non-Executive Director, supporting organizations across transformation, mergers and integrations, leadership, strategy, business development, and large-deal strategy.
Previously, he served as Executive Director a.i. at Vebego, contributing to restructuring, data systems, sales methodology, deal making, and board advisory.
At ISS Nederland, he was Executive Board Member and Chief Commercial Officer, while also serving as Board Sponsor for the Employee Resource Group “Pride” within the company’s diversity, equity, and inclusion policy.
International Leadership
As Vice President at CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) EMEA, van Ulden was part of the EMEA Central Leadership team and developed and executed a go-to-market strategy across nine European countries. He helped position the business in integrated real estate, technical maintenance, and facilities management while developing local commercial teams.
Earlier, as Business Development Director at ISS A/S, he established a centralized corporate sales department and focused on growth through integrated multi-service offerings.
Building Businesses and Markets
As CEO of Facility Services Netwerk (FSN), a joint venture of Asito, Albron, and Securitas, van Ulden developed and executed a growth strategy with statutory P&L responsibility.
At Draaijer Heyday, he focused on corporate business development and large corporate clients. Earlier, at Vebego, he supported the growth of its newly launched Maincontracting product.

His career began at Meyn Poultry Processing Solutions, where he managed the Europe, Middle East and Africa area, increased sales through multi-channel strategies, developed a selective dealer network, and established new market positions in the Middle East and Russia.
